Return Policy

Our return process is easy and simple.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it if you simply don't like it or changed your mind.

Any item that is defective has a 90 day warranty on it, a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the issue.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

To return an item, please email us at support@aycustomsautomotive.com. After the return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
